/ Our Process
Consultation
The initial consultation is free via phone, video call or in person (30 Minutes max) because at Kamara’s Closet, we deeply care about your comfort. We’ll introduce ourselves and service offerings and then allow you to speak to us about all of your styles, concerns, questions, and needs. You will send us a RECENT full body picture of you for a perfect style for your body type because the more we know about you, the better we can virtually style you. We’ll put together a plan, and take the first steps on your style journey together.
Payment
Your consultation with us does not guarantee you a spot! Our service is based on first come first served. For single custom orders, a full payment is required and for bulk orders (Bridal Parties), a deposit is required before physical work begins which are not refundable. Custom and special orders are not eligible for any type of credit or exchange. In the event an error is made on our part, your order will be replaced. Once an order is processed, which is normally within 24 hours, we will NOT accept any cancellation from that point. Please note that our prices DO NOT include shipping.
Measurements
Once we receive your payment, we will send you a list of measurements needed for your style. Kindly send us your measurements along with your recent full body picture (without filters). Please DO NOT MEASURE YOURSELF. Once we get your measurements, it will be checked and reviewed first for correctness. If we see anything unusual or questionable, we will contact you immediately. If an error is found after your order has been approved and trimming has begun, we will not be held responsible for the cost to restart the process.
Work In Process
Physical work begins immediately after we receive your measurements and pictures. Once your outfit is ready, we will send you pictures and videos for confirmation.
Confirmation
Once we receive a confirmation from you, your item will be weighed and you will be notified about the shipping cost. You will then pay the shipping fee and your item will be shipped to you immediately.
